When Laina was little, she was allergic to berries. Because she couldn't eat them we never went strawberry picking. It is something I've always wanted to do with her. Now that she's older she is no longer allergic and so this is one activity we never miss. Such a wonderful summer thing to do! And fresh strawberries are just delicious!
